I love going to Petland every time Alexis never fails to recognize me and exactly which puppy i got from her being months ago and also knows exactly what supplies i’m in to get each week. We adopted a Chihuahua and couldn’t be happier with her

Was extremely pleased! I'm not sure why petland gets so much hate. The store was very nice, all if the staff was extremely nice and the puppies looked happy and taken care of. Nothing like the horror stories you hear about petland. Petland is amazing! Stop listening to all of the horror stories. We got a male goldendoodle and he is the sweetest little thing. They give you a coming home kit with a ton of things to get you started.
A free cage of your choice. Our pup is going to be a big boy, so we got the largest size, a bag of dog food, toys, treats, a bunch of containers of vitamins, a coupon booklet, a free vet visit, all the history and family tree on your puppy and much more! I should have went to petland a long time ago!

I think their puppies are absolutely adorable & guaranteed healthy I’ve been here twice & I haven’t been disappointed with anything.

After reading reviews walked inside the Mason location with mixed feelings but walked out happy and pur three year old excited aboit her new puppy peicimg was very reasonable for our new little lucky. Kim was awesome and qalked us through everything we needed to know. Thank you petland for putting a smile on our families face and adding a new addition to our family.

I buy my aquarium supplies here. The plants were very diverse and cheap,fish were very diverse for a shop of this size but cost slightly more than nearby competitors

Very friendly staff. It's great to see puppies for sale at a pet store again. Fun to go in and check all the different animals out.

This place is so cute, and all the puppies are adorable! My family came to adopt the Golden Retriever and now he has an amazing home. So glad that the staff was so helpful, and I love Ollie so much!

Customer service in general can be a drag ... But walking in this store you can not tell at all. Staff is very engaging from the moment you walk in the door with very friendly faces. It also helps that they are very knowledgeable. I am glad that not only did I get invited to pet little puppies I was looking, but I also learned a couple of new things. Would highly recommend to coming to this store!
